Brantley Browning

Brantley Browning is a Senior Program Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, focusing on policy, advocacy, and communications for agricultural development in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. Previously, Brantley worked at Starbucks Coffee Company, where he was responsible for integrating social and economic development programs within coffee, tea, and cocoa producing communities.. Brantley worked for the World Bank in several capacities, including the development and administration of Global Environment Facility grants in Africa and as liaison supporting regional and sectoral staff with their efforts to better engage NGOs globally on a range of policy and programs. He is a former Peace Corps volunteer and has a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
